The movement is a little slippery, but if that's what your going for in the first place, I guess it's fine.

also, you could try making a simple particle effect whenever the player touches an upgrade, or give a visual. for example, if I get a shield upgrade, I could have some sort of icon or something to indicate how much shield I have.

I'm sorry if I didn't convey the idea the way I wanted to, I don't speak English very well. I meant that you could spend the rest of your time improving the visual design, adding effects, sprite markers 

The idea is very good, but the visual design could have been done better. However, this is your decision.

the game is good, BUT the sound of selecting an upgrade killed me, too loud=(
